Arizona Hispanic Republicans Launch New GOP Group
When you listen to the state-run media, you would have to conclude that there are no Hispanic conservatives, well, anywhere on the planet. Again the MSM is wrong.
Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the Somos Republicans.
On the eve of Mexican Independence Day and Hispanic Heritage Month, we are proud to announce the launch of Somos Republicans – a grassroots Hispanic GOP organization in Arizona. Our mission and goals are simple: Increase Hispanic GOP voter registration; Recruit Hispanic Precinct Committeemen; Promote Hispanic GOP candidates; and get more Republicans involved and elected to office. For far too long, Hispanic Republicans have been neglected and taken for granted. Somos Republicans has something to say: “We are Conservative in our beliefs and we will be active in politics and shape the new Republican face!” We share the values and principles of the Republican Party, but our voices in the past have fallen on deaf ears.
I wonder how long it will take for the left to describe them as angry racists.

When will they ever learn?
instead of bellyachingabout the bike program, why don’t yu contact the appropriate agency, get the specs, and if you can do it for less contract it out and earn a buck at the same time.

Well I am happy that Conservative hispanics get a louder voice. This is a country made of hard working citizens from many nations. The idea that there are hispanic Citizens of our nation that are appalled at the left wing ideology that is constantly strewn in our faces is nothing new or novel. Many hispanic who work hard each day, vote, and support their families are seeing the same thing every other Conservative sees, our nation being sacrificed on the alter of progress. I welcome our new members to the fight and I hope this goes to serve notice to the dumbnacrats that what once was an exclusive fishing ground for easy votes is drying up. Kind of how the farmers in California are being denied water because of a two inch fish which serves as only prey in the food chain. Stand proud and “mantener la fe”
We were very successful in registering Hispanics as Republicans during the January 16, 2010 immigration march and rally. However, we also registered Hispanics as Independents because some were not willing to be registered as a Republican. Somos Republicans will not only organize the Republicans we register….but we will also organize the Hispanic Independent voter in this crucial election year for the State of ARizona.
